Integrated Three-Layer Softshell Construction
The outer woven fabric, TPU membrane, and jacquard polar fleece backing are laminated into one stable three-layer structure for outdoor apparel applications.

Waterproof, Windproof and Moisture-Permeable
The TPU membrane provides the primary waterproof and windproof barrier while allowing moisture vapor transmission. Target waterproof performance from 3,000 to 8,000 mmH₂O can be developed according to the confirmed construction.

Jacquard Polar Fleece Backing
The inner layer features jacquard polar fleece with a visible textured pattern, providing a more distinctive interior appearance than conventional plain fleece backing.

Warm and Soft Inner Surface
The fleece layer provides thermal insulation and a soft inner touch, making the fabric suitable for autumn and winter outerwear.

Stable Bonded Structure
The laminated construction integrates the functional layers into a structured fabric and can reduce the need for a separately sewn fleece lining in suitable garment designs.

Custom Face Fabric Options
Polyester is the regular face fabric option, while selected nylon constructions can also be developed according to the required surface characteristics, durability, weight, and application.

Optional Functional Finishing
DWR water-repellent treatment, antistatic treatment, and anti-pilling finishing are available according to the required garment performance.

3-Layer Softshell Fabric with Jacquard Polar Fleece is suitable for outdoor and cold-weather garments requiring waterproof protection, wind resistance, warmth, moisture permeability, and a comfortable fleece-backed construction.

The integrated jacquard fleece backing is particularly suitable for garment designs where the inner fabric remains visible, combining functional weather protection with a more distinctive interior appearance.

The outer layer can be developed with selected polyester or nylon fabrics according to the required hand feel, durability, appearance, weight, and garment application.

Jacquard polar fleece is available in regular grid, square, diamond, and wall-pattern structures, while customized patterns can be developed according to customer samples. Different brushing and raising constructions are also available.

TPU membrane specifications and lamination structures can be selected according to the required waterproof and moisture-permeable performance. DWR water-repellent, antistatic, and anti-pilling treatments can also be applied according to project requirements.
