Regular constructions from 190T to 420T provide options for different fabric weights, densities, and end uses. Higher-density constructions are particularly suitable for lightweight garment and downproof applications.

Wrinkle Resistant and Easy Care
The polyester construction provides good wrinkle resistance, easy washing, quick drying, and practical durability for frequently used textile products.

Extensive Finishing Options
PA coating, PU coating, DWR, calendering, antistatic treatment, downproof finishing, printing, brushing, silver coating, white coating, and TPU lamination can be selected according to the required end use.

Polyester Pongee Fabric can be used as either an outer fabric or lining material depending on the selected density, weight, and finishing.

Garment applications include down jackets, padded jackets, windbreakers, lightweight jackets, sun-protective clothing, children's clothing, and garment linings.

Outdoor and textile applications include rain ponchos, umbrellas, car covers, tents, storage bags, sleeping bag linings, luggage, and bag fabrics.

Lower-density and lighter constructions are suitable for applications where low fabric weight is important, while higher-density pongee can be selected for lightweight garments and applications requiring improved downproof performance after appropriate finishing.

Available finishing options include PA and PU coating with target water pressure requirements from 1,000 to 8,000 mmH₂O, subject to the selected fabric construction and coating specification.

DWR water-repellent treatment, silver coating, white coating, calendering, antistatic treatment, and downproof finishing are available for different garment and outdoor textile requirements.

Printing and brushing can be applied when specific surface appearance or hand feel is required. TPU membrane lamination is also available for projects requiring a laminated functional fabric construction.
